The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing Clover Podiatry’s complete marketing strategy to increase patient acquisition, strengthen brand awareness, and support the practice’s long-term growth objectives.
This role owns all marketing functions including paid advertising, CRM management, email and SMS campaigns, content creation, social media, community events, vendor management, and performance reporting while serving as the primary marketing resource for the organization. The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in building scalable marketing systems, optimizing patient acquisition efforts, and creating a consistent brand experience that supports exceptional patient care and sustainable business growth. This is a hybrid role and requires an onsite presence to complete job responsibilities. Candidates local to Vancouver, WA are preferred.

OBJECTIVES
● Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that supports patient acquisition, brand awareness, and long-term business growth objectives
● Manage Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Meta advertising, and other paid marketing campaigns by monitoring budgets, optimizing performance, and improving return on investment
● Administer the HIPAA-compliant GoHighLevel CRM platform including campaign automation, lead management, patient communication, and workflow optimization
● Develop and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns that support patient engagement, appointment scheduling, retention, and reactivation initiatives
● Create engaging content for social media, website updates, digital campaigns, and patient education using photography, video, graphic design, and written communications
● Coordinate community outreach initiatives, sponsorships, educational events, and local marketing activities that strengthen relationships within the surrounding community
● Manage relationships with external marketing vendors, agencies, freelancers, and contractors while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
● Monitor marketing performance using analytics, attribution reporting, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for optimization and business growth
● Support the development and promotion of cash-pay services, specialty treatments, and new service offerings through targeted marketing initiatives
● Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, digital platforms, advertising campaigns, and patient communications
● Research market trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing opportunities to recommend innovative strategies that enhance practice growth
● Build scalable marketing processes, documentation, and operational systems that support future department expansion and long-term organizational success
COMPETENCIES
● Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies including paid search, social media advertising, email marketing, and patient acquisition campaigns
● Experience managing CRM platforms with preference for GoHighLevel or similar marketing automation systems
● Working knowledge of Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Meta Ads, campaign budgeting, attribution, and marketing analytics
● Strong content creation skills including copywriting, photography, video production, and social media management
● Proficiency using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design platforms to develop professional marketing materials
● Strong understanding of branding, customer experience, and healthcare marketing best practices
● Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and translate data into actionable business recommendations
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across clinical, administrative, and external teams
● Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of working independently while maintaining accountability for marketing outcomes
● Ability to build productive relationships with vendors, community partners, and internal stakeholders that support organizational objectives

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred
● 3+ years of progressive marketing experience with responsibility for digital marketing, campaign management, and lead generation required
● Experience managing Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Meta advertising, or similar digital advertising platforms required
● Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems preferred
● Experience developing email marketing, SMS marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns required
● Experience creating graphic design, photography, video, or multimedia content preferred
● Experience managing external vendors, agencies, freelancers, or marketing contractors preferred
● Healthcare, dental, medical practice, wellness, or professional services marketing experience preferred
● Strong understanding of marketing analytics, campaign reporting, and attribution tracking required
● Ability to work onsite or in a hybrid work environment while supporting community events and content creation activities required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
● Ability to work at a computer for extended periods while developing campaigns, managing digital platforms, and analyzing marketing performance
● Ability to travel locally to support community events, outreach activities, content creation, and marketing initiatives as needed
● Ability to lift and transport marketing materials, displays, or event supplies weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally
● Ability to operate photography, video, and presentation equipment during content creation and promotional activities
● Ability to maintain flexibility, organization, creativity, and professionalism while managing multiple marketing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
