OBJECTIVES

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history, examination, and diagnostic imaging.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic foot and ankle disorders.
• Provide advanced diabetic foot care, wound care, and preventive education.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using conservative, orthotic, pharmacologic, or surgical methods.
• Perform in-office procedures, injections, and minor surgeries as indicated.
• Collaborate closely with medical assistants and administrative staff for seamless patient care.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and compliant EMR documentation.
• Educate patients on foot health, self-care, and recovery strategies.
• Stay current with best practices and new developments in podiatric medicine.
• Foster a professional, caring, and efficient clinic culture aligned with Clover’s mission and values.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from an accredited program.
• Completion of a 3-year Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency (PMSR/RRA preferred).
• Active or eligible Washington State medical license.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

COMPENSATION

Compensation is production-based at 30% of collections.
