Core Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential clients, managing inbound leads, and converting them into long-term customers.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Strategy Execution

  • Refine and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Present and promote our products and services to clients.

Proposal Development

  • Craft detailed, compelling proposals in PowerPoint, showcasing our product offerings and solutions to meet client needs. 

Client Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Internal Collaboration

  • Support additional tasks as needed, including sourcing new suppliers, performing inventory checks, and locating product samples, depending on workload capacity.

Reporting

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Data Management

  • Maintain accurate client records and project details in our CRM and other tools, providing clear visibility into sales statuses, successes, and areas for improvement.


Qualifications

Experience

  • 1-3+ years in sales or a related role, with a proven track record in sales and client relationship management.

Skills and Competencies

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple clients, pipelines, and projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional approach to client interactions.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong sales techniques and closing skills.
  • Customer Service: Proven ability to provide exceptional service and handle inquiries effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and proficiency in office software (e.g., Google Workspace).
  • Problem-Solving: Adept at resolving issues efficiently and addressing client concerns.


Brownie Points

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Experience in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver engaging sales pitches.
  • Knowledge of the corporate gifting industry is a plus.
