We are seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. Vaping knowledge preferred. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customers through outbound dials. Inquiring about product restocking and informing about new products available. Providing world class customer service is the heartbeat of our team and customer satisfaction is our primary goal.
Duties
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text to provide information about products or services. Calling clients for product restock and communicating about new products available for client growth and cross sell.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend the appropriate products
- Manage customer accounts and provide support throughout the customer lifecycle with CRM through detailed notation with each client interaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products and services
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track customer interactions and execute client workflow
- Assist in project management tasks related to customer service initiatives
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM softwares is a must
- Knowledge of vaping industry is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Proven track record in sales or account management is desirable. Applicant must enjoy dialing outbound calls to established clients and prospective clients.
$17 - $22 per hour
