Position Overview

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-focused, team-oriented environment and enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients. You will play a key role in supporting both clinical care and the overall patient experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints
  • Assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments
  • Administer injections and perform basic lab draws (as applicable)
  • Coordinate patient care, follow-ups, and referrals
  • Translate for Spanish-speaking patients
  • Support communication with patients via phone, text, and EMR platforms
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
  • Manage clinic flow and ensure a smooth, efficient patient experience
  • Assist with inventory management and clinic organization

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with technology and EMR systems
  • Ability to work independently in an onsite clinic setting
  • Phlebotomy experience preferred
