We are seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing clinical team.


Responsibilities

  • Perform patient intake, obtain vital signs, and complete focused nursing assessments within scope of practice.
  • Assist physicians and advanced practice providers with examinations and in-office procedures.
  • Administer medications, injections, immunizations, and IV therapies within scope of practice.
  • Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, spirometry, point-of-care testing, and other diagnostic procedures.
  • Educate patients regarding medications, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle changes.
  • Respond to patient phone calls and electronic messages using sound clinical judgment and established protocols.
  • Coordinate follow-up care, referrals, prescriptions, and diagnostic testing.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
  • Help ensure the clinic maintains excellent patient flow and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain clinical competencies and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Required

  • Current Texas RN or LVN license in good standing
  • Minimum 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience (primary care, family medicine, urgent care, emergency, or similar outpatient experience preferred)
  • Current BLS certification
  • Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and patient education abilities
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a busy clinical environment

Preferred

  • Direct Primary Care, family medicine, or concierge medicine experience
  • IV therapy and phlebotomy experience
  • Experience with chronic disease management
  • Experience with hormone replacement therapy or medical weight management
  • Experience using electronic medical records
