Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop clinical and front office staff
- Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and provide ongoing coaching
- Address performance concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, clinical protocols, and company policies
- Monitor clinic workflows, patient experience, and operational performance
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within scope of licensure
- Administer IV therapies, injections, immunizations, and prescribed treatments
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection
- Support providers during procedures and patient visits
- Assist with patient education and follow-up care
- Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day
- Step into clinical support when patient volume or staffing requires
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license preferred
- Previous healthcare leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical skills including IV therapy, injections, and patient assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Passion for developing people and delivering outstanding patient care
