You will be assisting in managing marketing efforts for specific clinical trials in order to recruit participants and hit client recruitment goals. Description
You will assist with the following:
- Develop marketing material content for clinical trials that are consistent with brand positioning and aligned to target specific demographics
- Manage Facebook Ads, Google Ads and various other paid advertisements
- Design, build, and monitor reporting to measure marketing strategies, effectiveness, communicate performance against KPIs, and identify key insights & opportunities
- Identify new lead channels and partnership opportunities to support participant referral generation
- Continuously help clients meet patient recruitment and enrollment goals

Compensation
- $25 per hour
Requirements
Here's what we're looking for:
- Previous experience in Account Management, Social Media Management, Paid Marketing Manager role or other related fields
- Strategic and creative with the ability to think outside of the box and into the mind of potential patients
- Experience working in a fast paced or start up environment
- Adaptable, self-starter who works well both independently and with a team
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- SEO copywriting preferred
- Interest in Clinical Research a plus!
Salary
$20 - $25 per hour
