Clinically Media Human Resource/Office Manager DENVER, CO · Part time

Clinically Media is currently seeking to hire a part-time Human Resource/Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for managing all Human Resource efforts such as, payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, events coordination, etc. Additionally, you will be in charge of office manager duties such as, snack and cleaning service coordination in order to create a compliant, safe and inviting environment for all team members.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Manage recruiting and hiring efforts; job posts, interview coordination, offer letters, etc. 
  • Lead new employee and contractor onboarding orientation and trainings
  • Process employee and contractor payrolls correctly and in accordance with payroll schedules in order to assure team members are paid on time
  • Manage employee benefits; make sure invoices are paid monthly and employee’s have access to necessary information
  • Assist with employee and contractor relation issues
  • Plan monthly team events for all team members to attend 
  • Organize and upload company and client expenses 
  • Handle all inquiries regarding the office and building, including water deliveries and cleaning service
  • Coordinate office snacks, lunches, happy hours, etc. as needed


Here's what we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in Human Resource Manager/Generalist role or other related fields
  • Experience running payroll and managing benefits; knowledge of Gusto or related platforms preferred 
  • Ability to keep employee, contractor, and other business information confidential internally and externally
  • Experience with expense entry; knowledge of Harvest platform preferred 
  • Experience working in a fast paced or start up environment
  • Adaptable, self-starter who works well both independently and with a team
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Interest in Clinical Research a plus!
