The RBT will provide clinic-based direct one-on-one and group behavioral interventions to clients under the supervision of a Licensed Qualified Autism Service Provider (LQASP). The primary responsibility is to implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve socially significant behaviors and enhance the quality of life for clients with autism and other developmental disorders.

This position involves working collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent progress and goal achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising LQASP.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors during sessions.
- Provide support in teaching communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage desirable behaviors.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and maintain certification.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to generalize skills and maintain consistency across environments.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Must have BCBA to supervise RBT certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
- Ability to work flexible hours based on client needs.
