Client First Technologies currently is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer who will lead and work as a part of a team to apply their knowledge to analyze and report on data for a logistics / supply chain program office.

  • Plan business requirements gathering sessions
  • Capture and document business requirements from stakeholders
  • Document business definitions of data
  • Develop data models
  • Integrate data from multiple systems, including Microsoft Project and Jira, to support stakeholder decision making through comprehensive dashboards, reports, and visualizations
  • Develop dashboard/reports using Power BI and other visualization tools
  • Train program office staff on Power BI
  • Develop Power BI artifacts (e.g., datasets, reports, dataflows) using out-of-the-box tools and third-party tools
  • Develop and implement test cases
  • Update solutions to ensure it meets accessibility standards



  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in a technical field preferred
  • Relevant certification (e.g., Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst) preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of data analytics and data visualization experience
  • Experience in eliciting requirements from stakeholders and turning their vision into reality
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Power BI
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Atlassian Jira


Physical Demands

  • Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time.


Required Clearances and Screenings

The ability to successfully satisfy a government Tier 2/Moderate Risk Background Investigation. A current VA background investigation (or equivalent – e.g., DoD Tier 3/Secret) is preferred.
