Client First Technologies (CFT), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) provider of IT Services Software Development, IT Infrastructure, and Data Analytics within Federal environments supporting VA and DOD customers, is seeking a Doctrinal Training Team (DTT) Intelligence SME to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) unit commanders and staff, battalion through division providing doctrinal workshops over the shoulder training and coaching during individual and collective event support at unit designated training sites.

Description

The Multi-Domain INTEL SME is responsible for collective training to include the participation in exercise design, planning, preparation, execution, and assessment activities. Assists in the development of scenarios, script writing, tactical orders, and other supporting JELC products.

Responsibilities

  • SME in military Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC-G) training methods and procedures to include Simulations and Stimulations and other Mission Command Training enablers as it relates to the Intel WFF
  • Acts as an advisor, trainer, and SME for Division and below units during planning through execution to include After Action Review (AAR) of MCTSP driven collective events
  • Provides advanced skills with broad knowledge of additional Intelligence disciplines. Proficient in current Army Intelligence doctrine and processes, and able to identify new and emerging Army and Joint Intelligence doctrine
  • Possess the knowledge and expertise to serve as the primary trainer for the following processes: Intelligence Preparation for the Battlespace (IPB), Information Collection and support to PIRs as well as support to Targeting and Information Operations
  • Plans, coordinates, prepares, and conducts CPXs, STAFFEXs, Fires EXs, LOGEXs, Digital COMMEXs, Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) workshops, Command Post (CP) proficiency training and other supporting events associated with these exercises
  • Familiar and capable of providing over-the-should support to members of the Intelligence enterprise and the following MC systems: CPOF and DCGS
  • Develops Intelligence Estimates and capable of producing OPORD Paragraph 1B (Enemy Situation), Scheme of Collection, ANNEX B (Intelligence) and ANNEX L (Information Collection) products to facilitate training INTSUM and GRINTSUM data
  • Capable of replicating the functions of higher HQs within the Intelligence WFF from Battalion to Division level training audiences (Support Targeting Meeting, OPSYNC and HICOM products to drive training)
  • Plans for and executes doctrinally current STAFFEXs for ARNG Division - Battalion to provide commanders and staffs the opportunity to develop and apply war-fighting skills using the framework of the Operations Process
  • Develops doctrinally current training materials including higher command operations orders, reports, briefings and leads requested workshops
  • Provides honest and relevant on-site feedback to unit Commanders and appropriate staff members in the form of informal discussions
  • Prepares or provides input into the Final Exercise Report (FER) that addresses the planning, preparation, and execution of each fully executed DTT training event
  • Will conduct in-depth research on evolving doctrine, theater specific operations, lessons learned, and newly developed tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used in the development of MSEL, or simulation control injects that accurately replicate the operational environment that the training is designed for. Must determine the appropriate exercise inject methods and entry points
  • Leading up to and during Collective events, assist in synchronizing the capabilities of MCTSP training capabilities assets
  • Will have access to and regularly work with government sensitive data and may be asked to participate in Government meetings and conferences
  • Ensures adherence to company and site policies, practices, and procedures appropriately
  • Safeguard and maintain company and Government furnished equipment, materials, and facilities
  • Coordinate required safety information through direct coordination with government leadership
  • Ensure compliance with Government and contract guidelines, regulations, policies, and standards
  • Directly reports to the DTT Lead

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics or Science
  • Completion of the Command and General Staff College or equivalent level military schooling (Preferred)
  • 6+ years of combined staff experience within the WFF Or (8) years’ specialized MCTSP experience in this type of duty position
  • 2+ years working within WFF area Army Command and Control Information Systems
  • Must have previous senior Army or ARNG leadership experience with a training management background and preferably, Combat Training Center (CTC) experience
  • Combat Arms Officer with primary staff experience in the WFF at Battalion or higher
  • Previous Battalion or higher commander preferred (or similar)
  • Recent experience working within the Army National Guard training support system, or a similar system

 

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
  • Travel and overtime are required


Required Clearances

The ability to pass a Government Background Investigation (BI); a current SECRET (or higher) security clearance preferred
