Client First Technologies is currently seeking a forward-thinking Azure DevOps Engineer who will work with a team to build a set of Azure pipelines to build and release to multiple Azure environments. A successful candidate will leverage their skills with PowerShell, YAML, and Azure infrastructure to create a sustainable framework for continuous integration and continuous deployment.

  • Develop Azure DevOps Pipelines for building a multitude of Azure solutions including Azure Apps, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, and Azure Data Factory
  • Develop and implement testing routines that validate the integration and deployment of solutions
  • Develop YAML to orchestrate steps for the building and releases of solutions
  • Utilize ARM templates and Bicep files to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration
  • Integrate security practices into the CI/CD pipelines, ensuring access to resources apply the principle of least privilege
  • Configure a versioning strategy and branching strategy across multiple repositories
  • Document the Azure DevOps tools and processes in markdown files
  • Communicate with the CFT team and client leadership about development tasks




  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of professional IT experience performing tasks directly related to Azure DevOps
  • Proficient with PowerShell
  • Proficient with Azure CLI or Azure PowerShell
  • Proficient with Bicep file structure and syntax
  • Relevant certifications from Microsoft highly preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft T-SQL highly preferred
  • Must be able to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy with cross-functional teams
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills


Physical Demand

  • Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
  • Occasional travel and overtime may be required

Required Clearances

  • The ability to successfully satisfy a Government Tier 2/Moderate Risk Background or equivalent.
