We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented eCommerce Manager to join our fast-paced team. This role will lead the day-to-day operations of our online store, focusing on enhancing the customer experience, maximizing sales, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will ensure that the Cleobella eCommerce platform—across both web and mobile—is visually engaging, functionally seamless, and consistently meets performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Website Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Cleobella website, ensuring that product listings and launches, sales, imagery, content and navigation are optimized for a seamless user experience.
  • Sales Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze website performance, including conversion rates, bounce rates, and other key metrics to recommend and implement strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Digital Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, social media, paid ads, SEO, etc.) that drive traffic and sales.
  • Customer Experience: Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences by optimizing site usability, providing clear and accurate product descriptions, and ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Data & Analytics: Regularly analyze sales data, customer behavior, and key performance metrics to drive decision-making and continually improve the eCommerce business.
  • Product Launches: Create + build out product pages and set live in accordance with product launches
  • Blog Posts: Write and upload SEO optimized blog posts
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with creative, operations, and customer service
  • teams to ensure consistent and seamless execution across all aspects of the online shopping experience.
  • Implement and optimize personalization and AI-driven recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing eCommerce platforms, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or retail.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce tools (e.g., Shopify, Joor, Xoro) and website analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing techniques including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze and leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and customer experience.

Salary

$75,000 - $85,000 per year
