Apply for Water Treatment Service Technician

We've spent over 28 years helping Arizona families solve their hard water problems. 25,000+ homes trust us — not because of high-pressure sales tactics, but because we do right by our neighbors. No-Pressure Sales – Our water experts are not commissioned salespeople. We educate, recommend, and let customer's decide - on their timeline. Transparent Pricing – Every price is published on our website. No bait-and-switch, no hidden fees, no "let me check with my manager" games. Community First – For every system installed, we donate to charity: water to bring clean water to communities in need around the world. Family-Owned – We're not a franchise or a national chain. We're a local Arizona family that's been treating water since 1998.

Clear Water Concepts is a family-owned water treatment company serving the Tucson area for 28 years — and one of the fastest growing water treatment companies in Arizona. We've built a 5-star reputation on quality work, honest service, and a culture of teamwork where technicians help each other in the field. As we grow, so do the career opportunities for our team. We're looking for an experienced technician to install, repair, and maintain water softeners and reverse osmosis systems.

What you'll do

What you'll need

• 2+ years of installation experience (required)
• 2+ years of plumbing experience (required)
• Working knowledge of water softeners and reverse osmosis systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills; soldering ability
• Clean driving record (no DUI or reckless driving)
• Reliability, integrity, and a team-first attitude
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a bonus but not required — we'll train you on our dispatch and field software

What we provide

• $50,000–$60,000 starting salary (based on experience) plus commission and bonus opportunities
• Career growth opportunities with one of Arizona's fastest growing water treatment companies
• Newer-model service truck driven home daily, with fuel, most tools, and an expense account covered
• Health stipend, retirement plan, and paid time off
• Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts — no weekends
• A supportive, positive work environment where good work gets rewarded
