Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Location: Pearland, TX (In-Field)

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $100,000+ per year (Base + Performance Bonuses & Commissions). $1500 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

We are a well-established and rapidly growing HVAC service company in the Pearland / Houston area seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment issues efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service — clearly explain repairs, options, and recommendations to homeowners.
• Complete all service calls with a focus on quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions in ServiceTitan.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotation (with additional pay).
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and well-maintained.
• Work collaboratively with the dispatch and customer service team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience (residential focus preferred).
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Texas HVAC Technician License (or ability to obtain).
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Clean driving record and valid Texas driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Experience with ServiceTitan.
• Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
