Current Illinois RN or LPN license

Current CPR certification

Recent negative TB skin test or chest x-ray

Ability to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents

Experience with tracheostomy, g-tube care, and vent a plus

Responsibilities:

Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the patient's physician.

Patient assessments and coordination of care.

One-to-one patient care.

Provide skilled nursing services as ordered by the physician.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $31.00 - $45.00 per hour
