As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our company's social media channels, attracting new business, and creating engaging posts for our real estate clients. We are looking for someone who is passionate about social media marketing and has a keen eye for visual content.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients

- Create and schedule engaging content for our company's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

- Monitor social media analytics to track performance and optimize strategies

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive branding across all platforms

- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner

- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to create engaging visual content using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

- Experience with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social

- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
