Salary: $75,000 – $150,000 per year

Position: Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Psychological Associate

Schedule: Full-Time (32 hours/week)

Are you passionate about psychological assessment and want to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, neuroaffirming practice? We’re looking for a psychologist to join our team and provide comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations, as well as therapy services, in a warm and supportive private practice setting.

Who We Are

Clear Foundations is a private practice based in Charlotte, North Carolina, offering comprehensive psychological assessments and therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. We use a strength-based, neuro-affirming approach to help clients better understand themselves and move forward with confidence and clarity.

What We’re Looking For

• Doctorate (PsyD or PhD) or Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology
• Licensed (or license-eligible) in North Carolina as a Psychologist or Psychological Associate
• Experience in psychological testing is preferred—on-the-job training is available if needed
• Strong writing and clinical skills, with a commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice

What You’ll Do

• Conduct clinical interviews and consult with professionals
• Administer, score, and interpret a range of psychological assessments
• Write integrated, detailed, and personalized reports with meaningful recommendations
• Participate in team consultation and support a collaborative culture
• Maintain compliance with NC Psychology Board standards, APA ethics, and HIPAA regulations
