Starting from $20.00 / hour (we do not accept tips)
You will:

Deliver impeccable hospitality to our guests and your fellow teammates.

Craft made-to-order drinks ranging from espresso beverages to tea lattes!

Work with your team to ‘dial in’ and serve a selection of delicious coffees in a variety of different brewing methods including but not limited to: espresso and drip coffee.

Stay knowledgeable about current coffee and food offerings through tastings, cuppings, and information provided to you by your manager.

Stock merchandise and sell retail items. You must be knowledgeable enough about these items to answer customer questions and offer suggestions.

Support your team in keeping the cafe running smoothly and beautifully. These tasks may vary but include washing dishes, maintaining the cafe through sweeping, dusting, mopping, cleaning and organizing condiment stations, and taking out trash. Nobody is exempt from any job at Clear Flour!

Requirements:
- Prior barista experience is strongly preferred
- Weekend availability is a must
- Schedule flexibility is preferred
- Top-notch customer service skills
- Able to be on your feet for 8 hours at a time
- Able to lift 50 pounds
