Marketing Engagement Specialist

Clear Comfort Water is looking for a self-motivated new graduate ready to take their first dive into marketing. You'll focus on driving engagement creatively for our Industrial and Commercial aquatics segments. This is a great role for someone who is ready to take on significant responsibility, loves building systems, solving puzzles, and talking to real people to understand their business challenges.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and deploy creative content for Industrial and Commercial audiences to drive engagement
  • Use and improve our state-of-the-art tools to identify high-fit Industrial and Commercial customers
  • Creatively use modern marketing tools that include AEO, ABM and other tools to qualify businesses in priority markets
  • Support and analyze marketing campaigns
  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Creative and analytical problem-solver
  • Comfortable communicating and reaching out to people
  • Smart Assertiveness with a passion to win
  • Interest in sustainability, clean tech, or B2B marketing, particularly in Industrial and Commercial aquatics
  • Familiar with CRM tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and online research
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or Environmental Science
