Summary
CleanTelligent Software is looking for a highly-motivated, passionate Product Support Specialist to join our support team. The Product Support Specialist responsibilities include:
- Phone support
- Email support
- Remote screenshare training sessions
- Hands-on onboarding of new customers
- Additional project work as needed
- Documenting all training and project work
- Collaborate interdepartmentally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Product Development teams.
The Product Support Specialist will report directly to the Product Support Manager, and collaborate with other support, onboarding, & customer success team members.
Although the position is 100% work from home, applicants should reside in Utah and be able to commute to Provo for occasional team meetings.

What you’ll own:
- Assist product users and customer administrators via phone and ticketing systems
- Follow proper documentation standards for ticket handling, training, project work, etc.
- Offer technical support to users by responding to questions and concerns
- Troubleshoot common issues and report customers’ bugs to the appropriate department if further assistance is needed
- Identify problems and guide customers through corrective steps
- Writes and maintains documentation to improve customer records
- Assist customers by suggesting various devices and techniques to achieve desired results
- Coordinate with business units to support new product developments and existing product enhancements
- Develop knowledge bases, FAQs, and training materials for CleanTelligent customers
- Perform data entry for customers as assigned by the Product Support Manager
- Assist with scheduled training sessions from the customer
- Assist new customers with their onboarding needs
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Superior problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer proficiency
- Broad technical knowledge
- 1-year minimum previous technical customer service experience
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner
- Incredible phone and written communication skills
- High focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Ability to efficiently follow written and verbal instructions
