Facility Management Technician

Description

  • Maintain an appearance and attitude that is consistent with the NeatNeat Cleaning Co. brand
  • Communicate with Clean Pro Solutions management to accept and provide feedback on jobs
  • Clean properties to the quality of the NeatNeat Cleaning Co. brand
  • Ensure the proper handling of clients’ keys and locking upon departure
  • Proper documentation of problems, client comments, hazards, injuries, safety violations, and any damages
  • Fulfill any essential duties as a Cleaner
  • Knowledge, skills, education, and other requirements:
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Georgia State license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Background check
  • No prior experience needed, but a willingness to learn and follow directions
  • The ability to work in regards to safety and professionalism
  • Maintain an acceptable level of cleanliness and hygienic appearance
  • Acceptable driving report (MVR) and proof of a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to kneel, bend, stretch, carry, and lift in a manner that is consistent with normal house cleaning activities. For example: vacuuming, wiping, and scrubbing
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Cleaners must be available during standard work hours without tardiness, interruption, or early departure
  • Cleaners must utilize approved equipment and supplies and learn, understand, remember, and execute correct procedures that are defined by NeatNeat Cleaning Co.

Salary

$15 - $18 per hour
