Clean King is a growing, premium facility management company, and the CEO is looking for a reliable, ambitious operator to help scale the business. This is not a standard janitorial position. You will start by mastering and executing our core commercial cleaning routes while taking the lead on high-ticket special projects. As the company expands and we hire additional route cleaners, this role will transition into a Field Supervisor position—handling quality control inspections, training new hires, and representing the business at local networking events. If you are a self-starter who wants to grow into a leadership role, earn commission on special projects, and eventually earn access to a company vehicle, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Route Execution: Flawlessly execute daily cleaning operations across three primary commercial sites (Site 1, Site 2, and Site 3).

• Special Projects: Lead and execute high-margin, specialized jobs including carpet cleaning, floor stripping and waxing, and window cleaning.

• Post-Construction: Execute detailed post-construction site cleanups.

• Quality Control & Leadership (Future Phase): Conduct site inspections at locations cleaned by other staff members to ensure Clean King standards are met.
• Team Development (Future Phase): Train and onboard new field technicians as the company scales.
• Brand Ambassador: Occasionally attend local networking events (like Chamber of Commerce meetings) on behalf of the ownership to help drive business growth.

Schedule Requirements:

• Must be available for early morning routes, specifically Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
