CLC Landscaping is looking for a Lawn Care Professional who takes pride in clean, consistent, high-quality property maintenance.
This is a hands-on field role for someone who likes to stay moving, work outdoors, be part of a strong crew, and produce a finished property that looks sharp before the team leaves. Key responsibilities
- Arrive on time and ready to work for our 6:45 AM stretch, flex, and morning huddle
- Service residential and commercial properties as part of a lawn care crew
- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and cleanup to CLC standards
- Spot spray weeds in landscape and rock beds as trained and directed
- Follow route instructions and property-specific standards
- Work efficiently without cutting corners
- Catch missed items before leaving the property
- Help keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized
- Communicate property concerns, equipment issues, or safety concerns quickly
- Work respectfully and professionally with teammates, clients, and the public

What we’re looking for
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation to our shop in San Marcos each workday
- Commercial lawn care or landscape maintenance experience preferred
- Experience with mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and property cleanup is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working outdoors in Central Texas heat
- Physically able to mow, trim, edge, blow, load/unload, and stay active throughout the workday
- Reliable, coachable, team-oriented, and respectful
- Willing to follow route instructions and CLC property standards
- Motivated to improve and earn more through performance

- Crew lead pay — team members may earn lead pay on days they help run larger-than-normal crews, estate properties, commercial routes, or special maintenance work.
- Estate / commercial crew opportunities — dependable, detail-oriented team members may be selected for higher-standard properties that require stronger judgment and consistency.
- Turf Care RX Technician path — team members who show technical interest and consistency may grow into turf health, treatments, and specialty care work.
- Enhancement Crew Lead path — team members with strong quality, communication, and leadership may grow into enhancement work such as plant bed improvements, seasonal color, mulch, small upgrades, and client-requested add-ons.

Compensation
We offer a performance-based pay structure designed to reward efficiency, quality, and teamwork.
Pay range: $18–$26 per hour
Typical full-week earnings: $800–$1,400, depending on route density, performance, and hours worked.
Strong team members who learn our systems, move with urgency, and produce high-quality work have the opportunity to increase their earnings over time.
