Overseeing the delivery of nursing services through client assessments, development and implementation of individualized service plans, and ongoing monitoring of care. Key responsibilities include taking verbal orders, supervising CNAs, PCAs, and nursing staff, and providing training to new employees. The position also includes medication management education, investigation of incidents and grievances, and maintaining accurate records. The professional ensures high-quality care through regular evaluations of client needs and leads orientation and ongoing staff training initiatives.
