We are seeking a bilingual Pool Maintenance Route Supervisor to lead and support our growing team of maintenance technicians. This role is best suited for a self-starter with 2–4+ years of hands-on pool cleaning experience and proven mastery of all aspects of pool maintenance. Leadership experience is strongly desired, as this person will play a key role in training, routing, performance management, and customer satisfaction.

Description

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and mentorship to pool maintenance technicians.
  • Conduct 1:1 meetings with techs for career pathing, performance reviews, and disciplinary action when needed.
  • Deliver hands-on training for new hires and retraining/upskilling for existing staff.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork.

Operations & Logistics

  • Oversee daily routing and dispatching, including handling pushed/missed pools, onboarding new customers, and making real-time adjustments.
  • Track, manage, and distribute chemical and supply inventory across technicians.
  • Coordinate fleet management (vehicle assignments, upkeep, and efficiency).
  • Work cross-functionally with administrative staff, maintenance, repairs, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Customer Service & Quality Control

  • Respond to escalated customer concerns by visiting sites, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain service quality standards across all accounts.
  • Drive consistency in delivery of services, upholding the company’s brand and quality expectations.

Performance & Compliance

  • Monitor technician performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday standard workweek.
  • Occasional Saturdays during peak summer season (as needed).

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • 2–4+ years of professional pool cleaning experience with complete technical mastery.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to manage, coach, and motivate a diverse team.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must be comfortable working both in the office and in the field.
  • Proficiency with technology, specifically PoolBrain or similar pool service management software.
