Position Overview

City Pop is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant & Customer Care Representative to support our administrative tasks and provide excellent service to our customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Care

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve order issues such as shipping delays, replacements, and product questions
  • Process refunds, exchanges, and replacement orders when necessary
  • Monitor customer support platforms and maintain high customer satisfaction


Administrative Support

  • Assist with order management and tracking shipments
  • Maintain organized records of orders, customer communications, and internal documents
  • Support team members with scheduling, coordination, and general administrative tasks
  • Assist with inventory coordination and vendor communication as needed
  • Help maintain accurate data in internal systems and spreadsheets


General Duties

  • Support daily operations of the City Pop team
  • Assist with special projects and seasonal demand periods
  • Help ensure a smooth and positive experience for customers and partners

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of administrative, customer service, or office support experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with customer service platforms (Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar) preferred
  • Basic proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in e-commerce or retail customer service
  • Familiarity with Shopify or order management systems
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary

$23.5 - $25 per hour
