Childcare Worker | City Lights Church

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The Childcare Worker is responsible for watching children of multiple ages for a variety of events at City Lights Church. This position is expected to follow all child safety procedures and guidelines as defined by City Lights Church. Our goal is to minister the love of Jesus to every child and help them grow in their knowledge and understanding of the gospel. 

This position reports directly to Pastor Kate Groeneman for all ministry related information and questions. Additional concerns or H.R. questions can be directed to Pastor Adam Lowry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide childcare for ages birth-12 for various events throughout the week
• Ensure children are supervised at all times
• Communicate with the parents of children in your care as to how their children will be taken care of and kept safe during events. 
• Follow the tear down guidelines for cleaning up rooms after childcare is finished
