We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children, adolescents, and families. This position is flexible to meet your needs as a therapist- create your own schedule/hours, decide your own caseload!

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychotherapy sessions with individuals and families
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs
  • Collect and maintain accurate medical records and data for each client
  • Timely writing of treatment plans and progress notes in electronic health record
  • Provide parent support and guidance to parents as part of the process in working with their child
  • Coordination of care. Ability to work with outside medical professionals, school staff as needed
  • Team player. Willingness to collaborate and communicate with other therapists

Qualifications

  • Masters degree or higher in Counseling or related field
  • Independently Licensed in the state of Minnesota to provide therapy services (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW) or pre-licensed therapist will be considered based on qualifications (LPCC candidates only at this time)
  • Preferred: Registered Play Therapist or working towards becoming a Registered Play Therapist. Will also consider someone who has trainings in play therapy or has 5+ years in working with children in a professional setting

Compensation range based on qualifications and amount of billable hours.

Salary

$50,000 - $90,000 per year
