The Outreach Enrollment Agent will play a key role in educating and assisting individuals and families in navigating the enrollment process for various programs, including lifeline government phones, discounted home internet, and medical ACA coverage. This position requires a strong communicator with a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to community outreach.
- Community Outreach: Actively engage with community members through outreach efforts, including door-to-door visits, community events, and informational sessions, to promote available services and resources.
- Enrollment Assistance: Guide individuals and families through the enrollment process for lifeline services, discounted internet, and referring them for medical coverage, ensuring they understand their options and the necessary steps.
- Education and Advocacy: Provide clear and accurate information about program eligibility, and application procedures to empower community members to make informed decisions.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with community organizations, non-profits, and local stakeholders to expand outreach efforts and enhance service delivery.
- Follow-Up Support: Conduct follow-up communications with enrolled individuals to ensure they have successfully accessed services and to address any questions or concerns.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from community members to assess needs and improve outreach strategies, contributing to the continuous enhancement of services offered.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and outreach teams to develop materials and campaigns that effectively communicate available resources to the community.

- Previous experience in outreach, enrollment, or community service roles, preferably in a non-profit or social services environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of government programs, social services, or community resources is a plus.
