Position: Outreach Enrollment Agent
Location: Various locations across the community
Type: Part-time/Full-time positions available
Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribute Lifeline cell phones to eligible individuals in the community, ensuring they gain access to vital communication services.
- Engage with community members to raise awareness about the benefits and eligibility requirements of the Lifeline program.
- Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations, nonprofits, and social service agencies to identify and reach underserved areas.
- Attend community events, fairs, and meetings
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all program participants, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collect and process documentation required for Lifeline program enrollment.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Experience working in outreach, community service, or a related field.
- Self-motivated with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with the Lifeline program is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
