Build a management career in cannabis hospitality at Cirrus Social Club. The Manager in Training program is our exclusive internal leadership path—every manager at Cirrus earns their role through hands-on experience across every operational position in the building.
Cirrus Social Club is the world’s first cannabis lounge dedicated to exceptional service and unforgettable experiences. Based in Denver, we provide a safe, welcoming space for social cannabis consumption with curated tastings, elevated munchies, and great vibes. We’re proud of our diverse and inclusive team, flexible schedules, competitive pay, and positive work environment. There’s real room for growth here as we expand across Colorado and beyond. If you’re passionate about hospitality and want to help change how people experience cannabis, we’d love to meet you!
Cirrus Social Club is the world's first upscale cannabis lounge, serving tens of thousands of guests on Colfax with an uncompromising commitment to hospitality. As we expand toward our goal of five locations by 2030, every future General Manager, Sesh Manager, and Kitchen Manager will start right here.
The Manager in Training (MIT) program is an immersive, hands-on path where you work directly in every position on the floor to master operations before stepping into management. You won't just shadow—you will run food, prep on the kitchen line, hold the door on a busy weekend night, pack product at the Sesh Bar, and manage a floor section as a Flight Attendant.
