FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF

Positions may include: Host, Flight Attendant (Server), Sesh Bar Support

Overview

Cirrus Social Club is Denver’s premier luxury cannabis lounge. FOH Team Members create an elevated guest experience through hospitality, product knowledge, and impeccable service. Applicants may be placed in one or more FOH roles based on skills and experience, with opportunities to progress as training is completed. All team members are expected to uphold strict compliance with state and local cannabis regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service in a professional and welcoming manner

• Manage guest interactions including greeting, seating, and answering inquiries

• Verify guest age and identification in accordance with MED compliance requirements

• Serve or support delivery of cannabis, food, and beverage orders depending on role assignment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and upscale environment throughout all guest-facing spaces

• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service flow

• Monitor and uphold consumption policies, security requirements, and guest safety

• Participate in ongoing training for additional FOH positions as skills progress

• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisory staff

Requirements

• Valid MED License or ability to obtain prior to start date

• Ability to work flexible hours within Cirrus operating schedule

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to stand and move throughout a shift

• Responsible Vendor certification preferred or completed upon hire

Additional Information

• Cirrus is currently open:

Tuesday & Wednesday: 4pm-10pm

Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 2pm-Midnight

Sunday: 2pm-10pm

• Employees should be available to work shifts within the above operating hours
