Cirque de Vol is a fitness and recreation center, located in the Warehouse District of Downtown Raleigh, NC. Our offerings include fitness, circus arts, aerial acrobatics training, and performances kids, teens, and adults. All positions are on-site at our facility.

We are seeking a Fitness Sales & Studio Manager who genuinely enjoys building connections with students and staff. The ideal candidate will be assertive, pro-active, detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, with strong customer service and sales skills. We are looking for someone who knows how to set goals for themselves, and meet them.


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Ensure prompt responses to inquiries via our website, email, and phone. Hire and manage additional support staff as needed.
  • Sales and Enrollment: Drive new lead conversions and member retention within our fitness programs, utilizing effective sales strategies.
  • Coordinate Marketing and Community Outreach events as needed to nurture sales and enrollment goals.
  • Management and Administration: Oversee hiring and staff scheduling for customer service and fitness sales associates, and ensure accounts and attendance records are maintained by the staff team. Hire & Onboard fitness coaches and front desk sales team as needed.
  • Studio Operations: Manage daily studio upkeep, order supplies, and oversee inventory at the merchandise counter.
  • Property Management: Assist on-site with any urgent property management tasks and maintenance scheduling as required/if they arise.


Qualifications

  • Proven prior experience in fitness sales and management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent ability to train, hold professional tension, and delegate.
  • Capacity to meet and exceed enrollment goals while upholding studio values and policies.
  • Resourcefulness in learning and navigating online software programs is essential.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with student registration software is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Walla, Slack, Trello, Gmail, Wix, and social media platforms is a plus.
