This is a field-facing technical role with two equally important responsibilities: converting new accounts through the trial process, and ensuring existing accounts run Cirkla trays smoothly at scale. On the new business side, you own the tray trial process from sample handoff through shelf-life test completion, visiting customer plants, running trays on their lines, and building direct relationships with the QA managers and plant managers who make or break an adoption decision. On the account side, you are the ongoing technical owner for live customers. When a line has an issue, you are the first call. When a customer is ramping volumes or adding SKUs, you are on-site. The goal is zero technical surprises and high confidence in Cirkla as a supplier.
