Position Overview:

The Therapy Aide is essential to the day-to-day operations of the clinic, focusing on cleaning, organizing, and ensuring a safe, welcoming space for both clients and staff. This role involves keeping therapy and clinician spaces tidy, sanitizing, and assisting with various tasks to help our therapists. Key Responsibilities:

• Keep therapy areas, clinician spaces, and clinic common areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Clean toys, games, and therapy equipment regularly.
• Support therapists by setting up treatment areas and maintaining inventory of supplies.
• Assist with cleaning up after therapy sessions, ensuring spaces are ready for the next appointment.
• Help with administrative tasks such as scheduling, managing client records, and answering phone calls.
• Provide respectful care to clients and their families, offering hands-on support to the therapists as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training to develop new skills.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
• High energy, self-motivated, and able to stay busy throughout the day.
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to handle cleaning supplies and move therapy equipment as needed.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or childcare setting is a plus, but not required.
• Background check required.
