💼 What You’ll Do:

• Treat a primarily pediatric caseload using play-based, meaningful approaches
• Build strong relationships with families to support functional communication
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and behavioral health professionals who love what they do
• Participate in weekly reflective consultation for peer support and growth
• Option to work with adults who are “kids at heart,” if that aligns with your interests
• Deliver care in private treatment spaces that support sensory and emotional needs

💖 What You’ll Get:

• $80,000–$102,000/year, depending on hours
• Flexible schedule (full-time or part-time)
• Intentional mentorship from experienced SLPs who care deeply about your development
• Therapy aide support for room setup, cleanup, and material prep
