We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Assistant who’s a self-starter, a problem-solver, and a creative mind. If you love coming up with fresh ideas and bringing them to life through fun and engaging content, this is the role for you! You’ll be planning, creating, and posting awesome content for our social media channels like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, all while helping our community learn more about the amazing work we do.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and schedule eye-catching content for our social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Work closely with our therapy team to create videos, share therapy tips, and produce educational materials that help families.
  • Be the director for video content, guiding therapists and team members to make sure it’s on-brand and fun!
  • Edit graphics, photos, and videos to make our message pop and really engage our audience.
  • Help create content that showcases our awesome team and supports our recruitment efforts.
  • Keep an eye on social media trends and bring fresh, fun ideas to our content.
  • Dive into social media analytics to see what’s working and help us improve engagement.


Qualifications:

  • You’re passionate about social media, graphic design, and creating cool content.
  • You’ve got experience using social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and love creating engaging posts.
  • You’re familiar with tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or iMovie.
  • You’re a self-starter who loves to problem-solve and get creative.
  • You’ve got strong communication skills and can bring your ideas to life.
  • You’re excited to work in a healthcare setting and have fun doing it!
