PRN Registered Dietitian at Circle Creek Therapy 


 Are you a passionate Registered Dietitian looking to make a difference in the lives of children with developmental delays and disabilities? Circle Creek Therapy has the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a dynamic, fun-loving RD to join our team on a PRN basis (1-2 days per month). 


Role Overview: 

As our PRN Registered Dietitian, you'll provide direct and consultative nutritional support to children and their families, guiding them with empathy and reflection. You'll be a vital part of our diverse and collaborative team, helping shape best practices through family-centered service delivery. 


What You'll Do: 

- Offer top-notch nutritional guidance and support to children with developmental delays and disabilities. 

- Use family voices to guide your practice decisions. 

- Engage with our team members and community partners, fostering positive relationships and a culture of learning. 

- Prepare assessments, evaluations, reports, and data management within a multidisciplinary team. 

- Collaborate and support co-workers, ensuring coordinated services for families. 

- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and trainings. 


Qualifications: 

- Registered nationally as a Registered Dietitian through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). 

- Certified in the State of Washington. 

- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). 

- Preferably, one year of experience working in pediatrics or relevant pediatric training. 

  


Essential Functions: 


- Be punctual and manage your time efficiently. 

- Use coaching strategies to support families and peers. 

- Provide evidence-based guidance and best clinical practices. 

- Develop strong interpersonal relationships with team members and families. 

- Maintain regular contact with staff through meetings. 

- Design and implement events like staff meetings and trainings to ensure a quality Early Supports program.

Experience & Skills: 


- Knowledge of child development (birth to six). 

- Understanding of education, cultural, and religious influences on dietary behavior.

- Up-to-date with current scientific literature, trends, and developments in nutrition. 

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and virtual platforms like Teams. 

- Strong communication skills and a customer service orientation. 

- Ability to collaborate in decision-making and work as part of a team. 


Physical Requirements: 

- Able to lift up to 25 lbs. 

- Capable of sitting, standing, and bending to interact with clients.

$55 - $65 per hour
