What You’ll Do:

• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans for children with speech, language, and communication needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, focusing on improving communication skills, swallowing, and overall functional ability.

• Collaborate with our talented team of therapists to deliver holistic care for every patient.

• Educate and empower families with tools and strategies to help reinforce progress outside of therapy sessions.

• Keep detailed documentation of patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.


What We’re Looking For:

• A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

• An active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license.

• A team player with great communication skills and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families.

• A growth mindset with a desire to grow professionally and contribute to improving our clinic’s practices.
