We're currently looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team. Full-time or part-time available with flexible hours that fit your life.

Bonus: If you enjoy working with adults, we have a small but growing adult caseload you can opt into!

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Provide engaging, play-based speech and language therapy (primarily pediatrics)
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, behavioral health providers, and a supportive admin team
• Build strong relationships with families to support carryover and progress
• Optional: Treat adult patients based on your interests
• Participate in monthly reflective consultation for peer support and problem-solving
• Work 1:1 in private treatment spaces designed to meet sensory and communication needs, as well as loaded therapy gyms.

• $80,000–$102,000/year, depending on experience and hours

✅ Who You Are:

• Licensed (or license-eligible) SLP in Washington
• CCC preferred, but strong CFs encouraged to apply
