We’re actively hiring a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join our close-knit team. Whether you're returning to the field, looking for fewer hours, or wanting to ease into something new, this is a place where your time and talent are valued.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Provide creative, play-based therapy in private treatment spaces and loaded therapy gyms
• Treat a primarily pediatric caseload—with optional adult visits if that interests you
• Partner with families to build real-life skills and confidence
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of OTs, SLPs, PTs, and mental health
• Participate in monthly reflective consultation to support your clinical and emotional growth

💖 What You’ll Get:

• $47–$60/hour, based on experience

• Therapy aide support for setup, cleanup, and materials
• Front desk handles scheduling, so you can focus on care

• Licensed (or license-eligible) OT in Washington
