🌟 The job you've been hoping was out there? It's here.

Therapy the way it should be.

At Circle Creek Therapy, we believe in giving OTs what they really need to thrive: time to connect, space to think, and a team that truly gets it. We’re a family-owned, values-driven pediatric clinic that supports the whole child—and the whole clinician.

We’re actively seeking a creative, compassionate Occupational Therapist who wants to provide exceptional care without the burnout. Whether you're experienced or early in your career, if you're looking for a place where your voice matters and your time is respected, we’d love to meet you.

This position can be full-time or part-time. We offer flexible scheduling that works with your life.

💼 What You’ll Do:

  • Evaluate and treat children using evidence-informed, play-based strategies
  • Collaborate with a fun, interdisciplinary team of OTs, SLPs, PTs, and behavioral health
  • Connect with families to support function and independence across settings
  • Have the option to work with adult patients who are “kids at heart,” if that’s your jam
  • Participate in monthly reflective consultation to support clinical growth and emotional bandwidth
  • Work 1:1 with patients in beautiful, private treatment spaces—no crowded gyms here!

💖 What You’ll Get:

  • $2,500 signing bonus
  • $85,000–$120,000/year, depending on experience and schedule
  • Part-time or full-time with flexible hours that actually flex
  • Direct contact bonus for time spent with patients beyond expectations
  • Private, designated workspace (no floating desks!)
  • Dedicated therapy aide support to help with setup, cleanup, and materials
  • Front desk team handles scheduling so you can focus on your patients
  • Protected weekly focus hour for catch-up and collaboration with outside professionals
  • CEU support + paid mentorship and development time
  • Licensure reimbursement
  • A clinic that celebrates themed dress-up days, coffee runs, and real wins

✅ Who You Are:

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) Occupational Therapist in Washington
  • Passionate about working with kids and families
  • Committed to collaboration, creativity, and trauma-informed care
  • Excited by opportunities to lead, mentor, or help shape a growing team
  • Bonus points if your love language is a well-stocked OT closet and a solid sensory swing
