Circle Creek Therapy is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Patient Services Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth patient experience. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for answering phones, checking in patients, collecting copays, and scheduling/rescheduling appointments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer Phones: Provide friendly, professional assistance to incoming calls, addressing inquiries and directing calls to appropriate staff.
  • Check-In Patients: Greet patients warmly, confirm their appointments, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Collect Copays: Process payments efficiently and accurately while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with billing procedures.
  • Schedule/Reschedule Appointments: Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations with a focus on patient experience and clinic efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and scheduling software. Experience with Raintree EMR is a plus!
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
