The Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) provides behavior-analytic services to children and families under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst. This role includes conducting behavioral assessments, collecting and analyzing data, supporting treatment-plan development, training caregivers and team members, and monitoring client progress. The LABA works closely with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and other clinical disciplines to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.

We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) who loves working with children and wants to make a meaningful impact every day. What You’ll Do:

  • Provide behavior-analytic services under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst
  • Assist with behavioral assessments, data collection, and treatment planning
  • Implement, monitor, and update individualized behavior support programs within your scope of practice
  • Analyze patient data and communicate progress and recommendations to the supervising LBA
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to behavior technicians as assigned
  • Collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful outcomes for each child
  • Educate and empower caregivers with practical strategies they can use at home
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and services provided
  • Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development

✅ Who You Are:

  • Currently licensed as a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Washington State
  • CPR certified or willing to obtain certification
  • Experienced in or passionate about working with children and families
  • Skilled in collecting, interpreting, and communicating behavioral data
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Committed to ethical, compassionate, and individualized care
