This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary private practice setting, where you’ll provide mental health counseling, parent and family education, and case management services to a diverse pediatric client base.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to support children, adults, and families.
  • Provide mental health counseling, case management, and therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and families.
  • Offer parent and family education on topics like behavioral strategies, stress management, and sibling support to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide integrated, patient-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation for all services provided.
  • Assist families in navigating school-based services, new diagnoses, and accessing community resources.


What We’re Looking For:

  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • Current Washington State Licensure (or eligibility) as an LICSW, LASW, or LSWAA.
  • Experience providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic or clinical setting.
  • Compassionate, resourceful approach to patient care and strong communication skills.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Prior experience in a pediatric therapy or medical setting is a plus.

$79,000 - $105,000 per year
