At Circle Creek Therapy, we are a close-knit, family-centered clinic dedicated to helping children and families thrive. As we expand into our newly remodeled, larger clinic space, we are excited to invite a Licensed Social Worker (MSW) to join our growing Behavioral Health Program.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary private practice setting, where you’ll provide mental health counseling, parent and family education, and case management services to a diverse pediatric client base.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to support children, adults, and families.
- Provide mental health counseling, case management, and therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and families.
- Offer parent and family education on topics like behavioral strategies, stress management, and sibling support to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide integrated, patient-centered care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation for all services provided.
- Assist families in navigating school-based services, new diagnoses, and accessing community resources.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

Current Washington State Licensure (or eligibility) as an LICSW, LASW, or LSWAA.
- Experience providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic or clinical setting.
- Compassionate, resourceful approach to patient care and strong communication skills.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Prior experience in a pediatric therapy or medical setting is a plus.
