Circle Creek Therapy is seeking a Licensed Social Worker (MSW) to join our expanding Behavioral Health Program. Our goal is to continue to grow our Behavioral Health team to offer mental health services, including parent and family education services and case management. We want to bring on an MSW who is passionate about serving a diverse pediatric client base within a private practice setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and support children, adults, and families through individualized psychosocial assessments and tailored treatment plans.
• Provide mental health counseling, case management services, and therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and families.
• Offer parent and family education to improve patient outcomes, including topics such as behavioral strategies, stress management, and sibling support.
• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, including speech, occupational, and physical therapists, to deliver holistic, family-centered care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation for all services provided.
• Support families in navigating school-based services, new diagnoses, and access to community resources.

What We're Looking For:

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Current Washington State Licensure (or eligibility) as an LICSW, LASW, or LSWAA.
• Experience providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic or clinical setting.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and a compassionate, resourceful approach to patient care.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary setting.
• Prior experience in a pediatric therapy or medical setting is a plus.
