What You’ll Do:

• Assist in providing one-on-one therapy to children, promoting independence and functional skills.

• Support the Occupational Therapists with assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.

• Help educate and support families with home exercises and activities to continue progress outside of therapy.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure the best outcomes for every patient.

• Keep accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with an active Washington State license.

• CPR Certification (because safety always comes first!).

• A team player with great communication skills and a passion for helping kids and families.

• A growth mindset, ready to contribute to improving how we work together and make a bigger impact.
