Join our property management team as an Assistant Community Manager — a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential to grow into a permanent leadership role.


This position requires the selected candidate to live on-site. As part of the compensation package, free on-site housing will be provided, offering significant added value and convenience.

What You’ll Do


* Assist the Community Manager in daily operations of the property

* Help lead leasing, marketing, and resident retention efforts

* Support and help supervise on-site staff to ensure smooth operations

* Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor follow-ups

* Perform routine property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance

* Ensure compliance with company policies and community standards

* Maintain accurate reports, leasing data, and communication logs


What We’re Looking For


* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

* Positive, professional, and motivated attitude

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

* Previous property management or customer service experience is a plus (training provided)

* Ability to live on-site as a condition of employment


Work Environment


This is a live-in position requiring full-time availability, including weekends. The ideal candidate values community engagement, professionalism, and maintaining high property standards while contributing to a positive resident experience.
